Summer in a bottle! Our 100% Pinot Noir Rosé uses grapes from all our Pinot Noir blocks. Saignée juice was taken after 24hrs of skin contact and was fermented slow and cold to retain the beautiful red berry freshness. A nose of strawberries, wildflowers, and white pepper, with distinct strawberry rhubarb pie on the palate, and finishing with mouthwatering citrus fruits. 108 cases produced.
