2022 Rosé

Saignée juice was taken after 24 hours of skin contact from our four PN blocks. This was fermented slow and cold to retain the beautiful red berry freshness. The ferment stopped on its own with a perfect balance. Some of us here call this the most beautiful wine we produce.
