2021 Century Block Pinot Noir

Hand-picked and destemmed into ferment vessels. The grapes had two days of cold soak to extract colour before fermentation commenced. Because of the ideal growing conditions, the wine structure enabled us to press 21 days after our initial processing. The wine then rested with French Oak for 18 months prior to bottling. The Century Block vines once again show how special the small block just off our wine shop is.
