2023 Pinot Gris

Hand-picked, destemmed and pressed into two different vessels. Two different yeasts were used, and a small portion had lees stirring and ML conducted to enhance the aromatics and mouthfeel. This wine shows just how special the Naramata Bench area is.

Crisp and fruit forward with juicy flavours of stone fruit, melon and Meyer lemon make this an easy drinking white.
