2022 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The grapes coming from 3 different vineyards were cool fermented in separate vessels with different yeasts to increase the complexity. Partial ML and lees stirring was conducted on a small portion of the SB in this blend to increase mouthfeel and texture. After many blending trials we were able to blend all our Semillon with our 3 different Sauv Blancs to create this beautiful example of a classic white blend.

Our signature white blend has been distinguished with accolades year-over-year including the Lieutenant Governor Awards for Excellence in BC Wines.
